Does BandSesh need the internet?
No. Devices connect to each other over Wi‑Fi, one phone's hotspot or directly. No internet, no account and no server are needed.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 18 or later, in any mix. One device hosts the session and everyone else joins it.
Does everyone in the band need the app?
Everyone who wants the count-in, the click and their part on screen needs it on their own iPhone or iPad. They join the host's session by scanning a QR code.
Which songs can I play?
BandSesh opens Guitar Pro files (.gp). It comes with three demo songs, and you can import your own files or open them in BandSesh from the Files app.
How do the devices stay in time?
Every device keeps its clock matched to the host's, and the host starts the song at a moment every device schedules its sound for. Each one counts in, clicks and moves its playhead from that same moment.
