The alpha

BandSesh is in alpha. It will have faults, and its features may change as it develops.

Your songs

Import only songs you have the right to use. The demo songs that come with the app are ours, and you may play them with your band.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaching an obligation essential to the service, and then only for damage that is typical and foreseeable. Otherwise we are not liable.

The law

These terms are governed by German law. If you use BandSesh as a consumer, the protection of the law where you live still applies. We may change these terms; a change applies once we publish it here.
